I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, despite some enjoyable aspects like the pool area. The rooms, unfortunately, were not up to standard, with cleanliness and maintenance issues. Service was lacking, particularly when we encountered problems that went unaddressed. Dining options were limited and often unappetizing. While the location provides access to various amenities, the overall value for what we paid just wasn't there.
